  Welcome back!!   The new year is upon us and every year we all make tons of unrealistic resolutions that we give up on about a month into the new year. So today I’m gonna give you some practical resolutions to make 2024 the best year yet!   🧡 DRINK MORE WATER!   This is something we all need to do and it’s super easy. If you struggle drinking water, start small. Replace one drink a day with water and go from there. Or if you really want to start big, cut out so da or tea completely and only drink water. I did that a few years ago and I haven’t looked back.   Even if you have to add flavor to your water, it’s better than no water at all.   🩷 STICK TO A ROUTINE!   This doesn’t have to be a grand routine but start with a morning or night routine that you consistently do. Finals are right around the corner, and they can bring a lot of unnecessary stress to the end of the yar, so today we’re gonna talk about how to reduce stress during finals week!   🩷 PLAN OUT YOUR WEEK!   You can’t have a stress-free finals wee k if y ou’re worried about last minute due dates and exam dates.   Write out the days of all of your assignments, projects and exams along with anything you need to complete them.   🧡 SCHEDULE YOUR STUDY TIME!   If you’re anything like me, you only study when you’re motivated. And during finals week, the motivation is nonexistent, so blocking out times when you HAVE to study is a must !   They don’t have to be huge chunks of time but give yourself enough time to accomplish everything on your to-do list.   🩷 GIVE YOURSELF STUDY BREAKS!   You can’t study for hours on end and expect to retain all of the information.
